Delivery is free for orders RM100 and above (unless other wise stated in product page). If your order falls below RM100, there will be a delivery charge of RM10. This fee will be added to your order at time of checkout.
Orders placed by 6PM will usually ship next working day, and most customers receive their orders in 2–3 days.
You may place your order according to normal procedures. We use TaQBin cool delivery services. Currently we only accept order for Johor Bahru, Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur. You may check with us for delivery service area. Delivery fee charged at RM20 per order.

Petto uses PayPal and Billplz payment gateway and manual bank in for bank that does not support with Billplz.

Billplz is a secure payment system that leverages on the Billplz participating bank Internet Banking system. Billplz uses highly standards of authentication and certification to ensure all transactions are secure.
Here at Petto, all your data and information entered is handled by your chosen various payment parties. We do not contain any of your personal credit card details or payment account information in our databanks. Auto-fill information appearing on our website for personal details are all stored on your personal device. Therefore, please keep your device secured with Anti-Virus programs as well as Anti-Spyware programs.
